AbcCarParts.com has the sole discretionary right to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the service immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any listing if AbcCarParts.com believes you have violated the terms and conditions of the service. AbcCarParts.com is not liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service.

By using this service you agree not to post listings, notices or send email that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way.

- You agree not to post excessive part listings, notices or emails (flooding) that disrupt the operation of the service or hinders users access to the service.

- You agree not to post part listings, notices or send email that impersonates any person or entity, including personal or identifying information about another person without that person's consent.

- You agree not to post part listings, notices or send email that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All services sold by AbcCarParts.com (unless otherwise specified in specific terms of service) offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated.
Before a refund is processed, our support team shall review the technical reasons for service termination

All cancellations are subject to the following:

• A refund authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.

• A 100% refund is issued for all requests within 20 days of the service purchase date.

• The customer may cancel their recurring billing products or subscriptions at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills will be charged to their account.
